Marketing Assistant

Position overview

The Saint Louis Art Museum is seeking a Marketing Assistant to be a member of the Marketing & Communications team. Responsibilities include assisting in the development, production, and coordination of marketing materials, the Museum’s quarterly calendar and magazine, and internal signage. The Marketing Assistant also will provide administrative support for other members of the Marketing & Communications team.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work without supervision. Job also requires excellent communication, writing, and editing skills; the ability to deal effectively with the public; and the ability to be a team player. Familiarity with Excel, Photoshop, and desktop publishing software preferred.
