Epworth Children and Family Services has a long, successful history of service in the community helping children, youth and families become stable by focusing on health, housing, education, and employment. With this track record, its leadership wanted to ensure it was not missing any opportunities to raise funds for this important work and asked our consultants to conduct a development audit.

We reviewed information on Epworth’s programs, financials, and its marketing, and analyzed data on its fundraising strategies over a three-year period. We also reviewed internal polies and procedures, like how it manages its fundraising data. From our analysis, we are able to determine trends in giving and ROI.

Through this assessment, we identified Epworth’s development strengths, challenges and opportunities and made specific recommendations in a number of areas.
