More than 500 nonprofit, foundation and corporate leaders joined The Rome Group and the Gateway Center for Giving on July 19 for Philanthropic Landscape 2012: Looking to the Future. The 10th anniversary event featured a presentation by Dr. Robert Reich, co-director of the Stanford University Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society, who discussed his thoughts on what the future holds for philanthropy and nonprofits over the next 5-10 years. The event also included a presentation on the results of our surveys of local nonprofits, grantmakers and individual donors, and a panel discussion on the latest trends and sector developments.
