The Rome Group:

Success Stories

Every organization — even those that are doing great work in the community every day — can be even better. Our job is to help develop a plan, strategies and disciplines to sustain that success for the long-term.

Quality education with an eye on the bottom line

Word of Life Lutheran School / Business Planning

As the last Lutheran school in South St. Louis City, Word of Life Lutheran School (WOL) had experienced declining enrollment for several years. The students who were enrolling increasingly needed scholarships and financial aid to afford the tuition to attend.

Surviving and thriving in a leadership transition
