Part time manager for community asset development, fundraising support and reporting.

·       Support the marketing of new and rehabbed houses;

·       Work with residents and the board and committees to build neighborhood capacity;

·       Assure response to emails, website, social media posts, and phone calls related to the neighborhood;

·       Build lists of resources for neighbors and help them access those resources:  home repair; city resources; business directory; contractors; etc.

·       Update the content of the onsl.org website – new pictures, posts, community calendar;

·       Assist neighborhood grant writers to fund the operations of ONSLRG;

·       Support neighborhood volunteers doing fundraisers:  House Tour | Trivia Night |  Give STL Day, etc

·       Fulfill reporting requirements for the CDA grant

·       Report monthly to the ONSLRG Board of Directors.
