Qualifications: MSW with 2 years’ experience in providing community based child welfare services. LCSW or eligible with the desire to pursue LCSW required.
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Pregnancy and Parenting Support (PPS), the supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of front line staff providing case management services under the ATA and Home Visitation Contracts with a primary focus on promoting healthy birth outcomes and enhancing parenting to ensure a safe, stable environment for the child/children. In addition, the supervisor would maintain a caseload of no more than 12 PPS clients. Primary responsibilities include monitoring service delivery to assure compliance with the contract, licensing standards and COA specifications. This position demonstrates a commitment to connecting children to families and keeping families connected and provides all services in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
This position will include serving clients in Jefferson County, Mo and will supervise staff based out of our St. Francois and St. Louis county office. We offer the flexibility to work out of either of those GSCFS offices.
Pay Range: Salary range starts at 42K ; Salary offer is competitive based on experience
