Job Summary (Paid staff full time)
Help oversee the STL|Lift Program – this includes administration, event planning/scheduling, and all student engagement/activity
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive strategy for student growth (both qualitatively and quantitatively)
- Create and execute quarterly goals (rocks)
- Track student attendance for all LOVEtheLOU (LTL) programs
- Oversee all small group meet ups
- Evaluate progress of STL|Lift students using character metrics
- Coordinate empowering experiences
- Organize Job shadowing opportunities
- Periodically visit students’ schools
- Communicate with students’ teachers about school performance
- Communicate with students’ parents/guardians about students’ behavior (good or bad)
- Manage Sponsorship program and update lift sponsors
- Recruit new volunteers and students
- Coordinate student activity for Urban Gardens and Skill Center
Qualification and Skills

- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a team of professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pastoral heart towards 7th-12th grade students
- Understanding of childhood trauma and its effects on individuals
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Communications, Education, or other relevant areas is a plus
