Job Summary (Paid staff full time)

Help oversee the STL|Lift Program – this includes administration, event planning/scheduling, and all student engagement/activity

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Drive strategy for student growth (both qualitatively and quantitatively)
  • Create and execute quarterly goals (rocks)
  • Track student attendance for all LOVEtheLOU (LTL) programs
  • Oversee all small group meet ups
  • Evaluate progress of STL|Lift students using character metrics
  • Coordinate empowering experiences
  • Organize Job shadowing opportunities
  • Periodically visit students’ schools
  • Communicate with students’ teachers about school performance
  • Communicate with students’ parents/guardians about students’ behavior (good or bad)
  • Manage Sponsorship program and update lift sponsors
  • Recruit new volunteers and students
  • Coordinate student activity for Urban Gardens and Skill Center

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Communications, Education, or other relevant areas is a plus
