Desirable Qualifications:
1. Executive level management experience at a full service community health clinic
2. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
3. Possess ability to multi-task and problem solve
4. Demonstrate independent judgment
5. Advanced/Expert level experience working with:
i) All Microsoft Office programs
ii) Practice management software
iii) Donor/Contact tracking programs
iv) Website management and changes
v) Social networking sites
6. Ability to work in a diverse environment to support CEO and lead executive management team with a strong awareness of community organizations relationships
7. Experience in grant writing, including knowledge in developing and applying logic models
8. Experience in grant management and knowledge of software in excess of 25 active grants
9. Experience in grant reporting including ability to analyze and succinctly report outcome data
FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE/STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS AVAILABLE
SALARY RANGE $89,000 – $128,000
