Saint Louis Crisis Nursery (SLCN)

The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery (SLCN) leadership team is seeking a Latinx Program Manager!  The Latinx Program Manager’s primary responsibilities are to drive program development and advocacy efforts in service of the Latinx community, and to provide leadership and direction to the Latinx Outreach Program (LOP) team.  Additionally, the Latinx Program Manager will provide clinical services and mental health counseling for a small caseload of clients who are primarily Spanish-speaking.

As a part of the SLCN’s mission of Child Abuse Prevention, the Latinx Outreach Program is specifically designed to respond to the unique and growing needs of the Lantinx community, by providing crisis intervention, case-management support, advocacy, positive parenting interventions, and mental health support. The Program Manager shapes service delivery from a trauma-informed perspective to meet these specific needs and advance the safety, wellbeing and inclusivity of the Latinx community throughout the region.

Qualifications for the position include:

Must be fluent in Spanish

Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or closely related field

Experience working with the Latinx population
