St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation is seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to  qualify, engage and manage a portfolio of assigned donors with the goal of soliciting them annually for the annual fund.
St. Louis area based, hybrid opportunity.
Previous experience in fundraising and cultivating donor relationships is a plus!

Role Purpose

Identify, qualify, cultivate and solicit annual giving donors with the capacity to give $1,000 or more annually. Plays a key role in strengthening opportunities for these constituents to become engaged as donors and supporters, resulting in increased giving and development of consistent pipeline of new prospects.

Responsibilities

Identify qualify, and manage a portfolio of assigned donors with the goal of soliciting them annually for the annual fund.
Conduct a minimum of 120 face-to-face visits annually and pursue a minimum of 200 meaningful contacts with donors that includes 50+ annual solicitations. Attend Foundation sponsored events as needed.
Maintain all donor actions taken within Raiser’s Edge.
Oversee efforts to ensure timely acknowledgement of gifts and appropriate stewardship of donors.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually review donor lists in order to solicit donors for the proper solicitation levels. Coordinate volunteers as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of experience
