Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet
The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis Province, are seeking a Director of Mission Advancement to support their mission of serving the dear neighbor without distinction.
The Director is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive fundraising program and reaching set financial goals as approved by the province leadership.
The Director will articulate and communicate the Sisters’ mission, values and vision, making compelling cases to multiple audiences through one-on-one meetings, formal proposals and public presentations.
The Director is expected to build long-lasting relationships with donors, especially at the major gifts level, as well as identify and ask individuals/organizations for cash or deferred gifts in the four to seven-figure range.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and eight years’ of experience with success in all aspects of fundraising.
