Wyman is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead all finance strategy and functions in support of Wyman’s growth, achievement of mission, and financial stability. The Senior Director maintains accountability for the Finance department and all the associated finance and budget operations across Wyman. As an organizational leader and member of the Senior Management Team, the Senior Director of Finance champions and advances organizational culture and climate, efficient and effective communication, quality and effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility, all in alignment with Wyman’s values of a youth-centered approach, relationships, equity, learning, and results.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic business, finance/accounting management or related experience with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience. Non-profit experience is strongly desired. A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or business administration is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. CPA certification is a plus!
