Central Institute for the Deaf

CID — Central Institute for the Deaf is accepting applications for a part-time (15 – 20 hours per week) development database coordinator to maintain our Raiser’s Edge donor database, analyze donor data, and support our development office.  This position supports a variety of development activities, which include annual fundraising initiatives, grants and events.  Top consideration will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher and previous experience with Raiser’s Edge.  Some specific skills we are looking for are:

  • Advanced skills with a Raiser’s Edge database
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Excel, PowerBI and Teams
  • Strong people and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Professional business and phone demeanor

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience.  The starting rate is $23.00 per hour.
