The Little Bit Foundation

The Little Bit Foundation is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator. Little Bit has a dynamic staff who are passionate about serving under-resourced students in St. Louis. As part of the Distribution Team, the Warehouse Coordinator will play a critical role in furthering the mission of The Little Bit Foundation to make St. Louis a better place to live, work, and play.

The Organization: The Little Bit Foundation was founded in 2001 and is dedicated to breaking down barriers to learning for under-resourced students in the St. Louis area by providing for their basic needs, along with full wraparound services and academic support. We serve 17,000 students in 54 partner schools across the region. In every school, Little Bit provides programs and partnerships that support district and school performance goals and address the needs of the whole child. We do this by working one-on-one with each student to support his or her personal care, classroom preparedness, health and wellness,  academic enrichment, and college and career readiness. The results are positive personal growth and increased self-esteem in students impacted by poverty, with the ultimate goal to help students be successful in the classroom to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for on-site assistance with the intake, organization, and distribution of materials within the warehouse.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Complete order fulfillment and distribution process daily including emergency and day-to-day deliveries utilizing NetSuite ERP inventory management software

· Manage returns including updating inventory counts in NetSuite and restocking returned items

· Help ensure the accuracy of orders by working with programs to train school volunteers on how to size and place orders

· Implement all shipping activities related to distribution and inventory management

· Work with DOD to implement drives for donations based on need.

· Perform related duties as assigned

Additional Functions:

· Participate in fund raising events

· May require work on rotating Saturdays to facilitate group visits

· Assist with processing In-Kind Donations/returns/receipts and other daily duties as needed.

· Assist other departments and staff as needed.

· Assist with monthly day of service supporting the Mobile Markets to distribute fresh food and produce

Qualification and Skills:

· High School diploma

· Team player, able to prioritize and assist where needed

· Organized and communicates effectively. Dependable and able to manage multi projects at one time as well as balance academic and work responsibilities

· Exhibits excellent time management skills

· Pays attention to Detail
