Duties
60% Client coordination
· Assist with client and donor management systems; this includes tracking event participation, membership levels/renewals, updates/edits, giving activity, and reporting
· Provide administrative support to client boards; this includes tracking participation, coordinating meetings, meeting preparation and taking minutes.
· Provide administrative support to committees including scheduling meetings, correspondence and reporting
· Assist with client program/scholarship application processes
· Support all marketing and communication initiatives including e-blasts, newsletters and other correspondence
· Update websites and other marketing resources/platforms
· Track gifts and ensure timely acknowledgements
· Data entry
· Task documentation
· Document management such as scanning, manipulating file types, maintaining file and storage areas (physical and digital)
· Ongoing client customer service: phone and email interactions with our clients’ customer bases and leading interactions with our clients
· Marketing assistance in the form of newsletters, social media posting, etc. No content creation
· Other duties as assigned
25% Client Program Coordination
· Coordinate program logistics for client learning and professional development opportunities including lunch meetings, seminars, social events, and webinars
· Assist with the coordination of various events including annual conferences for client organizations
· Other event related tasks
15% NSC role duties
· Meetings, Professional Development, Other tasks as assigned
Skills/Qualifications
· 3 – 5 years administrative assistant experience; College degree preferred
· Nonprofit experience preferred
· Exceptional computer skills; proficient with MS Office software, Google Suite, social media and email marketing platforms; experience with communication software (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc) and CRM/DRM software (Salesforce, Neon, eTapestry, DonorPerfect, etc) a plus; Willingness to learn these programs is a must
· Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
· Strong verbal and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Proficient in managing business correspondence, files, and records
· Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent customer service orientation
