The Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis (BHN) seeks an EPICC Outcomes Manager. The EPICC Outcomes Manager is responsible for supporting the life cycle of programs, including their initial scope and implementation. As the EPICC Outcomes Manager, you will manage and oversee the engagement of EPICC projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. The EPICC Outcomes Manager will conduct data verification processes to ensure accuracy and reliability and perform comparative data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. You will work with the data team and regularly review data integrity across platforms and make corrective decisions when necessary.

BHN is a collaborative effort of providers, advocacy organizations, government leaders, and community members dedicated to developing an accessible and coordinated system of behavioral healthcare throughout the eastern region of Missouri, with emphasis on services to the uninsured and underinsured citizens of St. Louis City and the Missouri counties of Franklin Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis, and Warren. What you will be doing

  • Maintain communication with subcontractors to ensure coordination of services. Monitor and guide activities to ensure quality and procedural adherence.
  • Work to gain an understanding of collaborating partners’ and national best practices and to ensure effectiveness. Work with supervisor to coordinate and facilitate training for staff in project procedures and techniques.
  • Provide staff support to project committees and monitoring bodies. Facilitate community project meetings and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Facilitate community project meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Serve as an active participant in other community meetings to support related initiatives.
  • Utilize the outcomes tracking system to integrate the program with other initiatives. Assist with program oversight analysis of data and develop routine progress reports on key outcomes to ensure targets are being met and distributed to community stakeholders.
  • Participate in identifying funding opportunities and grant writing activities.

What you will need

  • Master’s degree in social services, public health, healthcare administration, business, or a closely related field preferred; OR Bachelor’s degree with relevant related experience
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in relevant experience working with health, behavioral health, social service programs, or project coordination required.
  • Knowledge of community, state, and federal entities/resources to coordinate services appropriately and effectively for identified clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative planning and work processes with diverse stakeholders, including governmental staff, funders, treatment providers, law enforcement, and first responders.
  • Analytical skills and experience using data metrics and reports to drive process and decision-making.
  • Experience leading or managing an organization’s strategic planning or quality improvement processes.
  • Public speaking and meeting facilitation skills. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience
  • Servant leadership and customer service sensibility required

What valuable experience you can bring along

  • Working knowledge of the public behavioral health safety net, multiple children’s serving systems (including education child welfare, and juvenile justice), and stakeholders related to behavioral health services
  • Experience working with Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) and/or the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) or hospital Behavioral Health leadership
  • Strong group training and facilitation skills, including staffing an oversight Committee and leading process improvement teams

Additional expectations

  • Candidate has access to transportation to participate in meetings throughout the 7-county Missouri Eastern region.
  • Will attend at least a twice annual meeting outside of St. Louis.
  • Will have their primary office at BHN (2 Campbell Plaza, St. Louis, MO, 63139).
