Flexible scheduling is integrated into this position
Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination
- Support program efforts around the three specific funding priority areas
- Offer vital administrative assistance, organizing schedules, planning events and coordinating partner communications across projects and between internal staff.
- Grant Development
- Writing and editing, and ensuring timely and accurate development and submission of proposals
- Prospect new funding sources
- Write and edit grant proposals
- Provide the Program Team with weekly grant updates including, grants in process, upcoming grant deadlines and prospect research updates
- External Communications
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with our community and stakeholders through multi-modal communications
- Promoting the company’s brand and values through strategic communication and outreach
- Engaging with diverse audiences to foster trust and transparency
- Assist in the development and distribution of newsletters, reports, and other communications.
Education and Experience
- 3+ years of program or project implementation experience
- Experience from design through implementation is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects with varying timeline and partners
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills
