Position Summary
The Training Enrollment Coordinator works within a team to enhance the quality of Parents as Teachers’ training experiences through the effective coordination of training registration and fulfillment, and by providing supportive customer service to national trainers, hosts, and participants.
Essential Functions
Class Events (40%):
Create training events in the customer management system based on information gathered from training team administrators and hosts.
Monitor class registrations and capacity to maximize class events and to maintain course availability.
Identify registration issues and work with the Manager of Training to resolve them.
Meet IACET standards for quality learning environments and leaner record keeping.
Assist in completing and tracking training contract deliverables.
Maintain and contribute to training business process documentation.
Customer Service (30%):
Respond to individual inquiries from trainers, hosts, and customers, and support customers through successful registration.
Provide verbal and written communication to customers, trainers, and hosts related to class events.
Monitor class completions and provide make up assignments and sessions to learners as needed.
Meet IACET standards for learner communication..
Inventory and Fulfillment (25%):
Support the set-up and clean-up of department convenings and on-ground trainings held at headquarters.
Track and order office, packing, and training supplies as needed.
Create and monitor training fulfillment orders.
Support packing, unpacking, and replenishing of materials for on-ground trainings.
Fiscal Responsibility and other duties as assigned (5%): Must adhere to financial management policies and procedures established by the Chief Financial Officer (e.g. budgeting, procurement, credit card processing, travel authorization and expenses and related internal accounting controls, etc)
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
College Degree preferred.
Spanish proficiency preferred.
3-5 years of experience with a customer management system/database and in customer service.
