Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Lead the budgeting process, oversee financial reporting, and provide strategic financial advice to the Pastor and Finance Committee.
Facilities Oversight: Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, and security systems, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
This role requires a decisive leader with strong judgment to assess complex needs and the perseverance to see projects through to completion. Effective collaboration and support for team success are essential.
What You Bring
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
– Substantial financial and operational management experience, ideally in a nonprofit or church setting.
– Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and compliance.
– Knowledge of building maintenance, safety, and compliance standards.
– A talent for assessing needs, creating strategic plans, and executing solutions with precision.
