We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team of our client, a well-established, $35M organization in St. Louis. This role is integral to fostering collaboration and driving strategic initiatives.
Ideal candidates will bring:
10+ years of progressive senior-level experience in accounting and financial management (CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred).
Non-profit expertise, including federal grant reporting and capital campaign management.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on communication, collaboration, and team development.
A proven track record in providing strategic direction for business operations and organizational initiatives.
A mindset oriented toward process improvement and leading change effectively.
