Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator, Danforth Campus Schools supports the Associate Vice Chancellor, Danforth Campus Schools within the Philanthropic Strategy team. The Senior Coordinator oversees reporting and administrative support, travel management, interview scheduling, project management, meeting logistics, and creating, updating, and distributing multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and data related tasks. The Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Danforth Campus Schools leadership and provides necessary and timely information for effective decision-making by the Associate Vice Chancellor. The Senior Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager of Support Services for Philanthropic Strategies and will often work in partnership with administrative support staff within both UA and offices of school deans and priority offices.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as coordinator for the planning and implementing the Danforth Campus Schools team efforts, including managing several complex projects. Works closely with senior leadership administrative assistants to ensure project deadlines are met and responses are well-coordinated and well-executed. Works closely with leaders on the Danforth Campus Schools and Philanthropic Strategy teams on department-wide projects, meetings and logistics, and team-building activities. Serves as a resource for AVC in managing special projects, which may include preparing, editing, and proofreading documents and completing other duties as assigned to support goals of Danforth Campus Schools.
  • Provide high-level support to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Danforth Campus Schools. Serve as the vital communication link to and from the office when the AVC is away from the office. Discern between critical needs and those that can wait and communicate appropriately.
  • Create and maintain multiple reports for the AVC and leadership for Danforth Campus Schools. Reporting may involve submitting metrics, data requests, formatting raw data, compiling, and storing tables in an accessible drive for all parties. This includes monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$25.47 – $30.00 / Hourly
