Saint Louis Crisis Nursery
The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team and oversee day-to-day HR operations. This role is crucial in managing benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and the potential for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to staff and management.
-Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.
-Direct risk management processes and safety protocols.
-Support organizational development and culture initiatives.
-Manage and administer employee benefits programs.
-Provide back up support for pay roll processing
-Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR.
SPHR, PHR, or SHRM credentials are preferred.
Experience in a non-profit setting is highly desirable.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
