Congregation B'nai Amoona

Member Services and Database Manager

Congregation B’nai Amoona – Creve Coeur, Missouri

Reports to: Executive Director

Congregation B’nai Amoona is a vibrant Conservative Jewish congregation located in Creve Coeur, Missouri. With over 650 households, our 33-acre campus includes worship spaces, administrative offices, educational programs, three kitchens, banquet facilities, an Early Childhood Center, and an independent Jewish Day School. During the summer, we host a dynamic camp program within our facility and on our extensive grounds.

We seek a Member Services and Database Manager to support the maintenance and operations of our comprehensive CRM – ShulCloud.  This database manages our membership and donor data, provides the backend for all billing (dues, education programs, special events), accepting donations, program registration, school and camp enrollment, as well as our calendar, email communications systems and website.   We are seeking the unique individual who understands relational databases and how to maintain data integrity and query the database, while at the same time someone who is comfortable supporting our membership with their requests.  While primarily a weekly job, occasional weekend and evening work may be required, as well as working on Jewish Holidays.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a meaningful and dynamic environment, supporting our senior leadership and our members.  Our ideal candidate would have familiarity with ShulCloud or a similar CRM.  If you are detail-oriented, love working with data and people, and are eager to contribute to a thriving congregation, we encourage you to apply.
