About Community Council:
Community Council is a trusted connector, convener, and catalyst for systems-level change in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren Counties along with surrounding areas. For nearly a decade under Todd Barnes’ servant leadership, we’ve worked in close partnership with nonprofits, local governments, and community stakeholders to strengthen programs and support vulnerable populations through collaboration and innovation.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and values-driven Executive Director to lead Community Council into its next chapter. The ideal candidate brings proven nonprofit leadership, a commitment to equity and inclusion, and a strong ability to cultivate relationships across sectors. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact through collaborative, mission-driven work in service to community. Pay and benefits will start at $75K to $85K based upon experience with health reimbursement account of $2K along with a paid Healthiest You App, 14 paid holidays each year, 5 weeks of combined time off to start, $25K paid life insurance and Aflac coverage.
