Title: Older Adult Services Manager/Director
Classification: Full-time
Reports To: Chief Program Officer
Bring your passion for older adult programs and your leadership skills to a dynamic, mission-driven nonprofit organization. JFS seeks an Older Adult Services Director for its comprehensive older adult programs. In this role, you will lead staff that supports outreach, activities and membership in the JFS NORC; Elderlink resource and referral phone line, case managers, in-home services and various volunteer activities.
You will maintain program protocols and standards as required by accrediting agencies, funding partners and local state and federal agencies; provide professional development opportunities for the older adult team; represent JFS at community and partner agency meetings and assist with generating resources and revenue for JFS through grant writing and collaborative programs. You will become part of a leadership team that values your skills, promotes your growth and supports collaboration, reporting to the Chief Program Officer.
Salary range:
$85,000- $110,000; Competitive benefit package
Requirements:
Graduate degree in social work, gerontology or public health required. LCSW preferred.
A minimum of five years of experience in program management and extensive experience in case management is required.
Knowledge of resources for older adults in the St. Louis area.
