LFCS is a mission-driven social service nonprofit on the frontlines of supporting children and families in crisis. As we prepare for our next chapter of growth, we’re seeking a bold, visionary Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead the charge. With your leadership, we can break down barriers and build strong, healthy foundations that last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do:

· Build and lead a development strategy that fuels our mission

· Cultivate transformational donor relationships

· Lead a mighty (and passionate!) fundraising team

· Oversee grants, campaigns, communications, and donor engagement

· Serve on our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future

You’ll Bring:

· 10+ years of fundraising leadership, with wins in major gifts and campaigns

· The ability to inspire staff, board, donors, and partners
