UCP Heartland

UCP HEARTLAND is a highly regarded, CARF certified organization that provides the highest quality programs, services and support while advancing the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people living with disabilities.  We currently provide services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are proud to offer Respite Services, Residential Services, Adult Day Programs, Employment Resources, Youth Camps and a brand new Navigator Program designed to guide families through the multitude of services available to individuals with disabilities.  With over 65 years of service to the region, UCP HEARTLAND is poised to grow our current services and we are even more excited to embark on a new Behavioral Services Division.

In preparation for this growth and the addition of Behavioral Support Services, we are looking for a VICE PRESIDENT OF BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES.  

Requirements of the Job:

  • Experience managing multiple departments in an organization that excels in serving individuals with behavioral support needs.
  • Extensive knowledge of program design and various resources for behavioral needs.
  • A passion to serve the community and make a measurable difference in the lives of the people we serve.
  • Be an ambassador for the Agency by communicating our mission and presenting our exceptional standards of service to support a business plan of growth in every division of service.
  • The drive and perseverance to build a division that is best in class.
