Manage two projects for our Neighborhood Transformation Grant award: stabilizing 3 blighted buildings and renovating the new ONSL office space.

·       Getting contractor bids

·       Hiring contractors

·       Overseeing the work

·       Communication with city agencies

·       Work with the treasurer to fulfill grant reporting requirements

·       Report monthly to the ONSLRG Board of Directors.
