Position Summary:
As an Educator with Brilliant Angels Academy you will work with children, families and other adults, embodied by the mission, vision and values of BAA. You are responsible for the care related to the health, safety and development of all children within the center. It is expected that you will be an active member of the center, attending and contributing to staff and parent meetings, staying current in the field of early childhood education, and continuously contributing to your professional growth and mental maturity. You are expected to use reflection as one of the tools to guide and support you in becoming more self-aware as it relates to your practice.
