CASA of St. Louis
CASA of St. Louis seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to provide administrative, donor database, and operational support to the leadership team. This position plays a significant role in supporting donor stewardship, Board operations, and day-to-day administrative functions that help to advance CASA’s mission of advocating for children in foster care.
The Administrative & Development Associate will manage gift processing and acknowledgements, coordinate Board meeting materials, and provide administrative support to the CEO, CPO, and Director of Development & Communications.
This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week.
Essential Responsibilities
Development and Donor Support
· Accurately and in a timely manner enter and maintain all donor gifts and constituent records in the CRM (DonorPerfect)
· Generate donor acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and related correspondence to assist with donor stewardship
· Prepare donor reports, mailing lists, and supporting documentation for fundraising activities and record keeping
Leadership Team
· Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including document preparation, correspondence, and internal coordination
· Assist with special projects and operational tasks
· Support office administration and help ensure smooth daily operations.
· Assist with maintaining organizational records
Board Support
· Prepare and assemble Board meeting packets and supporting materials
· Coordinate distribution and organization of meeting documents
· Support logistics for Board meetings and organizational events as needed
· Maintain organizations electronic filing system
Qualifications
o Minimum of three years administrative/development experience working for a nonprofit organization
o Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
o Excellent organization and time management skills
o Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
o Experience with donor database management
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment

Schedule & Classification
o Part-Time, non-exempt
