Legacy Creators Academy is a nonprofit private school in Defiance, Missouri, serving students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our mission is to unlock the limitless potential of young minds while developing compassionate, globally conscious future leaders.
We are seeking a passionate, Missouri-certified elementary teacher to join our small, collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who wants to make a meaningful impact, build strong relationships with students and families, and contribute to a growing school community.

Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Integrate cultural learning into daily instruction
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families
Collaborate closely with colleagues and participate in professional development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Missouri Teaching Certification
Experience teaching elementary-aged students
Strong communication and collaboration skills
