Box Office Associate
The Rep is the St. Louis region’s most honored live professional theatre company. Entering our 60th Season, we are searching for Box Office Associates. Our representatives provide customer service to theatre patrons via phone and email and are key members of our audience services team. Their work includes, but is not limited to:
– Responding to patron calls and emails for ticket sales, exchanges, questions and issues
– Ensuring all phone messages and emails from patrons are promptly answered
– Delivering consistent messaging in response to patron questions.
