How You’ll Deliver the Mission

Build and execute fundraising strategies that expand LIV Recovery’s capacity to deliver high-quality, person-centered recovery support.

• Cultivate authentic relationships with donors, funders, board members, community partners, and stakeholders who are aligned with LIV Recovery’s mission.
• Translate program outcomes, community needs, and participant-centered stories into compelling grant proposals, donor communications, and funding opportunities.
• Use data, fundraising trends, and campaign results to guide decisions, strengthen sustainability, and demonstrate mission impact.
• Collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure development efforts reflect dignity, inclusion, respect, and the lived experiences of the people and communities served.
• Support board and stakeholder engagement in fundraising, stewardship, and long-term mission delivery planning.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, and grant writing.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor management systems, and ethical fundraising practices.
• Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and person-centered language and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and relevant certifications such as Certified Fundraising Executive or Certified Nonprofit Professional preferred.
