About the Organization:
Respect Voters (founded by Show Me Integrity) is a grassroots, cross-partisan organization dedicated to protecting Missouri voters’ constitutional right to petition their government and build a more accountable, responsive government of, by, and for the people.
As we prepare to win the 2026 election and continue improving Missouri democracy, Respect Voters is growing its team and expanding its statewide organizing, communications, fundraising, and operational efforts. We are looking for talented, motivated people who want to play a meaningful role in a high-energy campaign and help ensure Missouri voters have their voices heard.
About the Role:
The Program and Operations Administrator serves as a support role within Respect Voters, working with all departments to ensure coordination in scheduling, information management, operations, and program execution.
The Program and Administrator must be a driven self-starter, able to work successfully with minimal oversight.
Respect Voters is a cross-partisan organization, and as such is looking for
candidates who are able to work directly and respectfully with people from all points of the political spectrum without bias.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization’s CRM database, including data entry, reporting, email communications, and fundraising support.
Support Human Resources projects and administrative functions.
Lead the organization’s digital infrastructure, including file management, calendars, and internal systems.
Provide administrative support for bookkeeping, events (both virtual and in-person), meetings, and special projects.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and email correspondence.
Develop, implement, and improve organizational processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the management and engagement of donors and volunteers, including maintaining accurate records and assisting with communications and outreach.
Coordinate and support organizational logistics and day-to-day operations as needed.
Support the communication and fundraising departments as needed.
Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support the organization’s goals.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least three years prior general office experience, ideally in a fast paced nonprofit setting preferred.
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and type at a computer, take meeting notes and work in a professional office setting. Working Schedule:
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring approximately 40+ hours per week. The position offers a flexible schedule, but may require occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to support organizational events, meetings, and special projects.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be comfortable using a variety of digital tools and software, including:
Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fundraising and CRM platforms: Experience with donor management, fundraising, or customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
Other digital systems: Ability to learn and effectively use new software, databases, and organizational systems as needed.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technology quickly are important for success in this position.
Travel:
This position may require occasional travel throughout the state, typically a few times per year, to participate in team planning meetings, volunteer events, fundraising events, town hall meetings, and other organizational or statewide program activities.
Travel requirements will be managed on a trip-by-trip basis, with reasonable advance notice whenever possible. All approved travel expenses will be fully reimbursed in accordance with the organization’s travel reimbursement policies.
