Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Regional Development Programs, the Senior Supervisor assists with the implementation of the regional program and its 100+ events per year; actively manages an 11-person administrative team, and support the regional program’s 22-person travelling staff of fundraisers.

Supervise the daily activities of the Regional Program’s administrative team and cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages high performance, shared workload, and professional advancement.  Conduct the hiring process for new administrative staff members; Oversee employee time records. Monitor performance and complete annual reviews and as career planning for administrative staff.

Work closely with the Regional Program’s fundraisers to support their active travel schedule, to engage the volunteer members of their Regional Cabinets, and to implement a variety of cultivation and stewardship events during the year. Manage special projects for Associate Vice Chancellor for Regional Development Programs.

Required Qualifications
High school plus 5 or more years of administrative management / office management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
