DEAN OF STUDENTS
Loyola Academy of St. Louis, a Jesuit-sponsored middle-school for boys, seeks a dynamic person to serve as the Dean of Students for the 2020-2021 school year. Loyola Academy is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing a rigorous education, extra-curricular programming, and an emphasis on personal and spiritual development to sixty students. The Dean of Students will build rapport with families and will enact the positive incentive and restorative discipline aspects of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports system for students. The successful candidate will possess great organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Master’s degree in a related field and three to five years of experience in schools are desired but not required.
