Overall responsibility for coordination of sheltered workshop operations for St Louis Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center.
Main responsibility will be obtaining contracts for the sheltered workshop. Responsible for quality control, pricing, billing, purchasing of raw materials, and maintenance of equipment. Ensures compliance with Department of Labor Standards regarding time studies, reviews and required paperwork. Will be responsible for training workshop staff on what is required to fulfill contracts in terms of activities to be performed, production quotas, and quality control standards. Supervises staff responsible for the day-to-day activities of the workshop program; resolves staff and client work problems.
