Collaborates with stakeholders to develop, implement and achieve strategic plans for increasing private support. Provides leadership and direction for major gifts, corporate and foundation gifts, planned giving, annual giving, and donor relations. Participates in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of gifts. Communicates the mission and values of SSM Health. Shares knowledge of current best practices in all aspects of fund raising.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE: Ten years’ experience, with five years’ leadership
