Regional Response Team
The Project Assistant of the COVID-19 Regional Response Team (RRT) provides operational support for the RRT Coordination Team as well as administrative support for the RRT Managing Director/MHB Director of Strategic Initiatives. This is a blended position requiring the ability to work across several regional initiatives that are staffed by the RRT Managing Director/MHB Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and calendar of RRT Managing Director/MHB Director of Strategic Initiatives
- Attend meetings as requested to take notes and prepare minutes
- Maintain and organize electronic files
- Manage distribution lists
- Send calendar invites, meeting announcements, agendas, bulletins, and other communication for RRT meetings
- Assist with editing and proofreading written communication
- Provide operational support to the RRT Coordination Team to support campaign implementation
- Support special projects as assigned by the Managing Director
Minimum qualifications
- At least five years of experience in office administration or operations
- Proficient in using technology to organize, plan, and communicate with internal and external team members
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and professionally with a staff team of contributors from various fields and disciplines
- Superior organizational skills and proactive time management to keep team members on track with meeting deadlines and deliverables

RRT Managing Director
Compensation
The salary for this position is $35,000 with health and dental benefits. This is a full time 37.5 hours per week position. The position is a temporary position for a 12-month contract.
Note
This position is expected to be virtual until further notice.
The RRT Managing Director is a loaned staff position (MHB Director of Strategic Initiatives). The Project Assistant, will support the loaned staff position in her work with RRT (75% fte) and MHB (25% fte).
