St. Mary’s High School, an Archdiocesan all-boys college preparatory high school for grades 9-12, seeks an Executive Assistant to the President. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to support the president, possess strong organizational skills, administrative, and interpersonal skills, confidentiality and a professional demeanor. A bachelor’s degree or certification, and experience is preferred.
Be able to articulate and act in accordance with the policies, procedures, and mission and vision of the St. Louis Archdiocese and St. Mary’s High School. Proficiency in Google applications, Raisers Edge, and Microsoft Office 2007 or newer is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of President’s calendar, development records, and administrative offices
- Provide clerical support for President, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Serve as the point person for graduation in coordination with the President, Principal, Directors of Facilities and Housekeeping, and Special Events Coordinator
- Provides clerical support for the St. Mary’s Board of Directors
- Provide staff support for development events and fundraisers
- Assist with grant applications, including research, coordination, writing, and reporting
- Serve on the edit team to review all written internal and external correspondence
- Create letters, memorandums, etc. on behalf of the President
- Disseminate paperwork for all New Hire and Transfer Employees including benefits information
- Process payroll twice a month and review payroll report
- Tracks all leave for staff, i.e., personal, sick and vacation time
- Serves as the school’s Protecting God’s Children/Safe Environment Officer
- Other events and tasks as determined by the President
