To post a position announcement on The Rome Group’s Web site, the process is very simple. First, create an “Employer” account (or simply register if you have previously created an “Employer” account) and choose “Post A Job” from your account dashboard. If you have previously created a “Job Seeker” account and would like to now be registered as an “Employer”, we are happy to assist.

PLEASE NOTE: The Rome Group is implementing changes to the Nonprofit Career Board:
- Salary ranges are now required for all postings. Following the lead of organizations like AFP Global and AFP St. Louis, NTEN, and the Association of Midwest Museums, The Rome Group is embracing this important step toward advancing equity and transparency in the nonprofit sector.
