Wester Groves Presbyterian Church
Webster Groves Presbyterian Church (WGPC) seeks an individual to serve as full-time Director of Facilities.
This individual will manage and participate in all aspects of facilities management as well as supervision of custodial staff and third party vendors. Duties include systems and building maintenance, meeting set up and breakdown, routine repairs of electrical, plumbing and HVAC, carpentry, painting, and cleaning. Also monitor and manage supply inventory and respond to the needs of the congregation and staff.
This position requires an estimated 40 hours per week: Sunday mornings, occasional weekday evenings, and flexible hours (Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm).
Salary range is $56,000 to $62,000 with actual salary commensurate with breadth of skills, knowledge and experience.

Minimum qualifications: High school or trade school diploma or equivalent plus expertise in facilities maintenance.
