Preachers’ Aid Society and Benefit Fund serves retired United Methodist Church clergy in Southern Illinois.  The position is in Springfield, IL; it is primarily in-office but with flexibility to occasionally work from home.

The Communications and Technology Manager is partially a program position, partially communications, and partially technology.  The goal of the role is to make programming accessible for retired clergy.  The successful applicant will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Program Director and Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy communicator with excellent writing skills and a strong grasp of modern communications tools. They will be passionate about serving retiring and retired UMC clergy, their spouses, and dependent children; energized by working in a faith-based environment; and appreciative of the mission and structure of The United Methodist Church.
