Walking with mothers in need, Our Lady’s Inn offers pregnant and post-partum women and their children trauma-informed services within our transformational residential program. OLI is a pro-life, faith-based organization founded in Catholic traditions. Top candidates will align with the agency’s mission and values. The Director of Donor Engagement has responsibility for donor engagement, retention, and donor acquisition activities designed to achieve established fundraising metrics encompassing annual operating and comprehensive campaign goals. A successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills with a polished public presentation ability, strong computer and donor database software experience, and proven ability to identify and nurture new donor relationships. Candidate will have achieved a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a high-level fundraising role. Knowledge of marketing strategies and use of social media platforms preferred.
