MaTovu is looking to hire a full-time Managing Director to support our operations, build out our cooperative structure, and work alongside MaTovu’s growing community to increase our impact.
This executive-level position will be the first at MaTovu, and the key qualifications are to bring vision, leadership, organization, and energy to our creative and innovative community organization. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to represent our organization to diverse audiences.
We outline a number of key areas below that we want the Managing Director to help organize, recognizing that accomplishing these tasks may require supplementing skills (and time) with part-time staff, contractors, and volunteer efforts.
