Starkloff Disability Institute
Starkloff Disability Institute (SDI) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead the vision, impact, and growth of SDI’s program portfolio serving youth and adults with disabilities. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO provides executive leadership to ensure programs are innovative, inclusive, and aligned with SDI’s mission to advance economic opportunity and disability inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide executive leadership for SDI’s full portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with mission and strategy
· Set and execute program strategy that advances economic opportunity and disability inclusion
· Oversee design, delivery, and continuous improvement of evidence-based programs
· Ensure programs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices
· Lead, mentor, and develop program leaders and staff
· Establish and monitor outcomes using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact
· Build and sustain strategic community and employer partnerships
· Collaborate with executive leadership to align programs with operations and finances
· Represent SDI externally as a leader in disability inclusion
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
· 8–10+ years of nonprofit or social services program leadership experience
· Experience managing programs, staff, and budgets
· Background in disability services strongly preferred
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
