Bethesda Health Group
About Bethesda Health Group
For more than 137 years, Bethesda Health Group has been dedicated to serving seniors and their families throughout the Greater St. Louis region. As one of the area’s oldest non-denominational human services organizations and the second-largest not-for-profit provider of senior care and services in Missouri, Bethesda serves more than 10,000 seniors annually through a comprehensive continuum of care.
Bethesda offers a full range of services designed to support successful aging, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, home health services, homemaker and chore assistance, and hospice care.
Since its founding, Bethesda has remained steadfast in the belief that the care of seniors must come before all else, regardless of an individual’s financial circumstances. This commitment is especially important as many older adults face increasing healthcare costs, diminished resources, and unexpected life challenges that threaten their ability to access essential services and supportive care.
The Bethesda Health Group Foundation exists to ensure that no resident or patient is denied needed care due to financial hardship.
Through charitable support, the Foundation provides financial assistance for seniors who have become financially fragile, helping them maintain access to housing, healthcare, rehabilitation, and other critical resources.
