Chief Financial Officer
Overseeing the accounting, auditing and overall financial responsibilities for the organization.
Duties include:
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Prepare cash based financial reports each month, including preparing and approving journal entries.
Oversee the budgeting process.
Maintain proper records to support the allocation of all joint costs
Maintain proper records associated with gifts in-kind.
Work with external auditors to prepare annual financials using GAAP accounting standards as well as the 990 preparation.
