Chesterfield Montessori School
Chesterfield Montessori School seeks a conscientious, highly skilled professional with at least three years of experience in finance and accounting to serve as our Director of Finance and Operations. Experience with a non-profit preferred.
The ideal individual will have a master’s degree in business administration or accounting and a CPA.
Experience working with boards and committees required. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must have demonstrated financial and business acumen, strong technology skills, high ethical standards, and excellent communication skills.
Under the general supervision of the head of school, the Director of Finance and Operations has the responsibility to provide sound management of all financial and operational matters, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, financial reporting, the development and management of the school budget, the borrowing and investing of money, the management of accounts receivable and payable, human resources, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
This is a full-time, year-round position. We offer great benefits and a pleasant working environment. Salary range $80,000-85,000.
