Pony Bird, Inc. has a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time Grants and Donor Relations Manager. We provide high-quality supports and services for up to 60 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a fun, enriching, and supportive environment. We are expanding and that has created a new opportunity in the Development Department. We are seeking a person who can exemplify our core values and can articulate the mission to donors and prospects in a way that spreads awareness to educate and compel them to give.
Responsibilities Include:
– One on One Fundraising
– Donor solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship
– Grants research, writing and management
– Fundraising Database management
Qualifications:
– High energy and passion for Pony Bird’s Mission
– Successful grant writing experience
– One on One Fundraising experience
– High Proficiency in database management and donor relations software programs
– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
– Proven track record of successful fundraising in the non-profit sector
– Great deadline driven organizational and planning skills
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising
